Business email on your own domain
[email protected] addresses, spam filtering and access from every device. Prices include tax.
Email plans
See the differences line by line so you don't pay for a plan you don't need.
Who is an email plan for?
A business whose site is elsewhere
If your site lives with another provider or on a site builder but you want business email, you can buy email on its own.
Moving off free email
Doing business from a Gmail or Hotmail address costs you credibility. We can move your existing mailboxes and you can keep using the same client.
A growing team
Every new hire needs an account and every brand its own domain. Twenty-five mailboxes, five domains and Outlook sync earn their keep here.
Several brands
If you work under different domains you can gather them all in one plan and manage them from a single panel.
If you already have hosting
Hosting plans already include email accounts. You need a separate email plan for quota, multiple domains or Outlook sync.
Bulk marketing email
Email hosting is not suited to newsletters and campaigns; that is a separate job requiring reputation management.
Standard on every email plan
Your own domain
Addresses in the form [email protected]. An address from a free email service costs you credibility in business correspondence.
IMAP, POP3 and SMTP
Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird or your phone’s own app — they all work. IMAP keeps the same mailbox in sync across several devices.
Webmail
Sign in from a browser and reach your mail from anywhere. Nothing to install, and usable on someone else’s computer.
Spam and virus filtering
Incoming mail is scanned on the server and unwanted mail lands in a separate folder. You can edit the filter rules yourself.
SPF, DKIM and DMARC
Authentication records are set up automatically so the mail you send does not end up in spam. Without them, large providers may silently reject your mail.
Account management
Creating accounts, resetting passwords, forwarding and auto-replies are all done from the panel; you do not need a support ticket for every change.
Free migration
We move your mailboxes from your old server over IMAP with the full folder structure intact. You keep receiving mail throughout.
Aliases and group addresses
Addresses such as info@ or support@ can be routed to several people. They do not count against your account quota.
Quota warnings
You get a warning email before your mailbox fills up. Incoming mail is not rejected until the quota is actually reached, so you never lose mail silently.
We move your email for you
Mail keeps arriving at your old address throughout the move. We only change the routing after you approve it.
List the accounts
Tell us which addresses to move and what the new mailboxes should be called. This is a good moment to clear out addresses nobody uses.
We copy the mailboxes
We copy them over IMAP with the full folder structure. Your old mailbox keeps working while we do.
We update the records
We point your domain’s MX records at us and set up the SPF, DKIM and DMARC records at the same time.
Connect your devices
We give you the new settings for your phones and computers, step by step. If you get stuck, support will help.
Why does business email matter?
Email hosting is the service that lets you create and manage email accounts on your own domain. Technically it is independent of your website: your site can sit with another provider while your email is with us. What decides it is where your domain’s MX records point.
Free email services are fine for personal use but cause two problems in business. The first is trust: the person receiving your quote wants to see that the address belongs to a company. The second is continuity — the account belongs to a person, and when they leave, the correspondence history leaves with them.
The real technical subject in business email is deliverability. An SPF record defines which servers may send mail on your behalf, DKIM signs each message, and DMARC says what to do when either check fails. Without these records large providers may file your mail as spam or reject it silently. We configure all three automatically during setup.
When planning quotas, look at how large your attachments are as well as the space per account. In work involving large file exchange — design or engineering, say — mailboxes fill quickly, and a plan with more space per mailbox works out cheaper than raising quotas later.
Before you buy
Does my hosting plan not include email?
Hosting plans do include email accounts. A separate email plan is for people who want email without hosting, or whose site is hosted elsewhere but who want their email with us.
Can I move my existing email?
Yes. We migrate from your old server over IMAP with the full folder structure intact. You keep receiving mail throughout and there is no extra charge.
My domain is with another company — is that a problem?
Not at all. Pointing your domain’s MX records at us is enough; you do not need to transfer the domain. We send you the records you need.
What happens if storage runs out?
You get a warning email before the quota is reached. You can move up a plan, or download old mail and delete it from the mailbox to free space; incoming mail is not rejected until the quota is actually full.
Can I send newsletters or campaigns?
Email hosting is for correspondence, not bulk sending. Sending to thousands of recipients requires IP reputation management and unsubscribe infrastructure; we recommend a dedicated email marketing service for that.
Is calendar and contact sharing available?
On the Kurumsal plan, yes. Over CalDAV and CardDAV you can share calendars and contact lists across the team and keep them in sync on your phone and computer.
What happens to a departing employee’s mailbox?
You can close access to the mailbox and forward incoming mail elsewhere, or turn the address into an alias. Aliases do not count against your mailbox total, so mail to the old address reaches whoever takes over instead of bouncing.
Moving to business email takes half a day
We move the mailboxes and set up the SPF/DKIM/DMARC records. All you do is approve it.
